Here's an interesting twist in the e360 v. Spamhaus saga - the judge has issued a proposed order which if signed would order ICANN to pull spamhaus.org. If that doesn't work, the legal analysis suggests that they may go after US based volunteers and US hosted servers.

In my opinion this is opening up a can of worms in a bigger way. Remember the fight between the UN and the US over control of ICANN? IMHO this might open that discussion again - because it allows a Illinois court to exercise juristiction over a UK based organization.
