Positive Thinking Security Presentation

I recently presented at the St. Louis Infragard chapter on Positive Thinking in Information Security.  The slides can be downloaded in OpenDocument, PDF, or PowerPoint format.

The overall premise of the presentation is that it is easier to identify positive behaviors rather than bad ones.

Identifying good behaviors:

1.) Allows us as InfoSec professionals to know more about our business technology and goals.

2.) Dramatically reduces the attack surface of our Information Systems.

Infragard is a FBI Cyber Devision program to foster communication between the private sector information technology and the FBI.
